Requirements
Requirements
These technical and organizational requirements are relevant for deployment.
- Qisutu 1.0.1+
- Add-on API 1.x

Administration and operation
Administration and operation
Configuration, background processing, and control remain centralized in Qisutu.
- Configure automatic incidents, controlled communication, process approvals and conflict enforcement.
- The add-on uses standard Qisutu groups. Assign agents to an appropriate ITSM group under “Administration > Groups”. Queue permissions are still assigned separately.
- ITSM functions are controlled through standard Qisutu groups and group permissions.
- Internal approvals work without Kim; Kim may be required as an additional process gate.
- Internal approvers, decision rule and complete decision history.
- Available directly in the module: CAB meetings and decisions for this change.
- Overlapping services/CIs, blackout periods, missing maintenance coverage and CAB windows.
Security and control
Security and control
Credentials, permissions, and automated decisions are handled transparently and securely.
- Creation, field changes, links and customer updates are recorded immutably.
- Send one deduplicated update to customers and stakeholders and record every delivery.
- Service links determine impact, customer audiences and schedule conflicts.
- Link objects from the existing Qisutu CMDB by CI number or ID.
- A major incident groups all reports relating to the same critical disruption.
Scope and boundaries
Scope and boundaries
